The installed Windmine turbine is will cost £30k - £35k depending on final contract conditions.

This gives you:

• An 11kw rated twin bladed wind turbine with 13metre rotor diameter on a 15 metre tower on a windy coastal site in Essex
• Online access to the performance of your turbine and wind conditions prevailing at the site
• Connection to the National Electricity grid allowing the sale of the electricity generated
• A plaque identifying your turbine with your own inscription
• 2 year manufacturer warrantee on all parts
• Free maintenance for the first 12 months
• All planning and landowner arrangement managed by Windmine (agreement lasts 20 years)

Your turbine at the first Windmine site is expected to generate at least 20,000kwh of electricity each year at current electricity pricing this is equates to £1,750 but could reach £2,500 in favourable conditions and subject to your own usage.

The landowner will require a payment of £50 per year for rental of the land and access to and from the wind turbine and Windmine will require a payment of 5% of electricity generated per annum for continuing administration.
